Change the size of the seed money for the regime Skirmish:
In the folder \ Documents and Settings \ polzovatelya name \ Application Data \ Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars \ Profiles \ PROFILE locate the file name skrimish.ini and open it with any text editor, after making a copy just in case. Find the number 10000 (this is the starting value of loans) and change it to something else.
